· The goodness is what really matters. The goodness, love and the compassion together are feelings that lead to the essence of the fraternity. They are the base of the interior peace.

· The compassion and the love are the virtues most precious of the life. For being very simple, they are difficult to be put in practice. The compassion only could be cultivated fully while that you recognize that each human being is part of the humanity and it belongs to the human family, independent of religion, race, culture, color and ideology. The truth is that it does not have any difference between the human beings.

· Our interior shade, the one that we call ignorance, is the root of all suffering. As we will have more light, less shade will be displayed. The light is the only way for the salvation, to reach the nirvana.

· Material goods and compensations are absolutely necessary to the human society, to a country, to a nation. At the same time, the material progress and the prosperity cannot only lead to the interior peace. The interior peace comes from inside. Therefore, our attitude in front of the life, in front of the others and mainly in relation to our difficulties counts very much. When two people face the same problem, distinct mental attitudes make with that problem to be of more easy resolution to a person than to another one. Of this form, what really differentiates to us is the internal perspective of each one.

· With feelings of hate and rancor, it is very difficult to reach the interior peace. In this sense, the religions and beliefs are convergent. In all the great religions of the world, the emphasis is in the fraternity spirit.

· It must have a balance between the progress spiritual and the material. You reach this balance by way of principles firmed in the love and the compassion. The love and the compassion are the essence of all the religions that they have much to learn between themselves. The primordial objective of all the religions is to create more tolerant, more compassionate and less egoistic human beings.

· I insist on affirming that the main religions of the world -- Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, Confucianism, Hinduism, Islamism, Jainism, Sikhism, Taoism, Zoroastrianism – they have the same ideals of love, the same objective to benefit the humanity by way of the spiritual practice, and the same determination to improve their practitioners as human beings. All the religions give moral rules for the perfection of the mind, of the body and of the talk. All teach us to not lie, to not steal or to not take off the life of other people. The essence of all the moral rules praised by the great masters of the humanity is the not-egoism. These masters had as objective to redeem the practitioners of negative actions, fruits of the ignorance, and conduct them to the way of the good.

· In our life, to cultivate the tolerance is very important. With tolerance, you can easily overcome the difficulties. In case that you have little or no tolerance, you will be irritated with the minimum things. In difficult situations, you will have extreme reactions. In my life, I have already reflected very much about of this question and I feel that the tolerance is something that must be practiced on the whole world, in the breast of the human society. But, who teach the tolerance to us? It can be that your children teach you to cultivate the patience, but it is your enemy who will go to teach to you the practice of the tolerance. The enemy is your master. You show respect to him, instead of hate. Of this form, the true compassion will go to sprout of your interior and this compassion is the base of everything what you are and believe.

· Nobody can foresee what it will happen in some decades or centuries, for example, which the impact that the deforestation will have on the climate, the ground, and the rains. We have many problems because the people are centered in their own interests, about gaining money and they are not thinking about the well-being of the community as a whole. They are not thinking about the Earth for the long period and about the adverse ambient effects on the man. If we, of this generation now, not reflect now about these questions, the future generations will not be able to deal with them.

· In the old times, when it had a war, the shock was body by body. The victorious person was in direct contact with the blood and the suffering of the enemy during the battle. Today, the wars had acquired a proportion much more horrible. A man, seated in a room, presses a button and he kills millions of people instantly, without at least he sees the human suffering that he inflicted. The mechanization of the war and the automation of the human conflicts are, each time more, a threat to the world-wide peace.

· Even that we could not decide such problems, we do not frustrating. As human we must face the death, the oldness and illnesses, that, such which a hurricane, they are natural phenomenon that run away of our control. We must face them, we cannot avoid them. They are sufferings that already are enough in our life. Why to create more problems for attachment to our ideology or why we think in different way? It is useless and sad! Millions of people suffer with this type of problem. It is a true wastefulness, since we can prevent the suffering adopting a different attitude and recognizing the humanity to which ideologies would have to serve.

· My message is the practice of the love, the compassion and the goodness. These qualities are very useful to live our daily more harmoniously, and also very important for the human society being as a whole.

· Many of us are joined under at the same resplendent sun, saying diverse languages, dressing different clothes and even though having distinct beliefs. However, we all are identical as human beings and only individual. We desire all, indistinctly, the happiness and not the suffering.

· Where I go, I always advise the people to be altruistic and kind. I try to concentrate all my spiritual energy and force in the dissemination of the goodness. It is what has the most essential.

· The human beings are endowed with a nature such that would not have to only have material goods, but they would have before the spiritual sustenance. Without the spiritual sustenance, it becomes difficult to acquire and to keep the spirit peace.

· To cultivate the wisdom, it is necessary interior force. Without internal growth, it is difficult to conquer the necessary self confidence and the courage. Without them, our life is complicate. The impossible becomes possible with the will force.

· Rancor, hate, jealousy: it is not possible to find the peace with them. We can decide many of our problems by way of the compassion and the love. Only this we will disarm and we will find the true happiness. One of the biggest virtues is the compassion. The compassion cannot be bought in a department store or be manufactured by machines. It is from of the interior growth. Without spirit peace, it is impossible to have peace in the world.

· They are the enemies who truly teach us to live deeply feelings of compassion and tolerance. The wars appear because it does not have understanding of the human side of the people. Instead of conferences and meeting politicians, why not to convoke the families to make a picnic so that they know themselves mutually, while their children play together?

· If we put the subtler levels of conscience in our service, we will be expanding our mind. So that, the virtues originated from the mind can expand unlimitedly.

· If we perceive the humanity as being one and singular, we will go to evidence that the differences are secondary. With attitude of respect and concern for the next one, we try the happiness. Only this we create the true harmony and fraternity. By your way, you try to cultivate the patience. You modify your attitude. The changes come with the practice. The human mind has this potential. You learn to train it.

· If it will have love and compassion for all the sense beings, in special for your enemies, this is the true love and the true compassion. The love and compassion, nourished for your friends, wife and children, are not true in their essence. They are attachment, and this type of love cannot be infinite.

· Without love, the human society meets in difficult situation. Without love, we will go to face terrible problems in the future. The love is the center of the life.

· I always believed that the human determination and the truth would take advantage on the violence and the oppression. At the world of today, in all the places, have important changes occurring, that they will be able to affect deeply our future and the future of the humanity, as well as our planet. Courageous decisions on the part of some world-wide leaders propitiate the pacific resolution of conflicts. The hope to have peace, preservation of the environment and more human boarding to the problems of the world seems to be more present than never.

· A deep compassion is the root of all the adore forms.
